England get home by 15 runs but could really have done with a more comprehensive victory. If South Africa beat the West Indies on Friday we are likely to go out on net run rate

Morgan is a luxury. He's in terrible form and can't read even a second rate spinner.
On a positive side Plunkett was an improvement to Topley

Agree on Plunkett, as I posted days ago I would have had him in from the start in Finn's absence. You've got to have some extra pace on these pitches. Morgan's a tricky one, he's a proven match winner and I think his leadership is a big reason why we've improved so much in white ball cricket in the last year, but his spells of bad form are becoming more frequent. Mohammed Nabi isn't 2nd rate by the way, he's an excellent spinner

On another note, that performance from Bangladesh today was a choke that even South Africa would be embarrassed by. India will probably go on & win it now

That was the most monumental cricket choke I have ever seen.

Bangladesh needed 2 off 3 balls and the Indian bowler even gave them some help as the next 2 deliveries were very poor....

England Women have scraped home off the last ball to make it 3 wins from 3 matches.

West Indies Women 108-4
England Women 109-9

Australia have beaten Pakistan by 21 runs. So after India's 1 run win over the chokers of Bangladesh it's now effectively a quarter final on Sunday between Australia and India to see who will go through from that group with New Zealand. Pakistan and Bangladesh are out.

South Africa are struggling in their match against the West Indies

Current score is 78 off 13 overs.
If the West Indies win then they will be through to the semis. But for South Africa is could be a plane home

RE: World Twenty20 2016 - Mellow - 25-03-2016 17:35

West Indies won by 3 wickets with just 2 balls to spare.

South Africa's loss to the West Indies means they now need to beat Sri Lanka AND they need Sri Lanka to beat England.
