So I got the message for this when I was out and about and planned to look at it later and was one of those things that I just kept thinking I'll do it later. So 5 mins ago I finally said I'll do it now (not even knowing that today was the last day) and I must say I was very surprised to see my name down as a nomination.

So let me take the opportunity to say now that I greatly appreciate anyone that nominated me in this category and that I wish every nominee in every category all the best. It is because of all of you guys and your posts (whether you have been nominated or not) that I come to this forum pretty much every day and post the content that has led to this nomination and interact with you guys in all the other threads, Babe or non babe related (shout out to the political geeks and Whovians).

Once voting is complete a list of the top 3 finalists usually gets posted after about 3 days

But it can take a couple of weeks before the winner is known.
Last years ceremony was on 21st December

I think it is a record, yes. I had a look back all the way to 2010 and I can't see any other time when someone received 5 nominations.
