No the Sports Personality finishes at 9pm, and the Awards usually start at 9pm, so they wouldn't be a conflict.
However if it was tonight the awards would be up against the Apprentice final. And the Apprentice finalist are two good looking girls (even if one of girls does come from Blackburn)
