The worst thing about Bournemouth getting relegated is they got relegated on the golf channel.

Joking a side i like Bournemouth they are a good little side that come from absolutely no where.

I would have liked Bournemouth to stay up. Always liked that they tried to play football and punched above their weight for the entirety of their stay in the Premier League.

And Watford went down, well deserved for the way they treat their managers.

Had West Ham beaten Aston Villa, Bournemouth would have stayed up, and I agree they have shown what you can do or achieve whatever the size of your club., think they have shown their brand of football can survive in the PL and Eddie Howe is one of the games best young manager and deserves a bigger club, but I think he is good fit for Bournemouth,
As for Watford - totally deserved. No side which sacks three managers (two of them quality managers), and thinks they can get away with it I hope they have a rotten start to their Championship as just reward.

RE: Premier League 2019-2020 - Regenerated - 26-07-2020 22:15

I felt sorry for Bournemouth in the end. I know they conceded shed loads of goals every year but as people have said, a small club which punched above their weight and held their own in the top league for 5 years. That has to be admired and I think they won a lot of hearts with their style of play. Depending on which players they can hold on to, I think they can make an instant challenge to come back from the Championship next season.

Watford on the other hand - well I think they're a disgrace. There's a bad structure there with the owners and chopping managers too easily. They got what they deserved today for a season of horrendous decisions. If they lose some players they could end up tumbling through the Championship and be fighting a relegation battle to avoid dropping in to League One.

I would say Regenerated Watford having a relegation battle in the Championship is a bit far fetched but in saying that you never know look at Stoke they was almost relegated to League One , Hull have been relegated to League One that was there own doing tho they have got terrible owners at that club themselves they was only in the Prem a couple years ago.

League One seems to be getting harder as the years are going on a lot of good clubs in it now , i think Hull will find it difficult getting out of it , if not they might just make it at the first time of asking maybe in 2nd but you never know in football these days do you.

When Watford came up they, went through 4 managers in the season. Not sustainable in the long term but it has worked for the last few years for them.

Feel sorry that Bournemouth got relegated by the point Villa won when someone forgot to turn on Hawkeye in the game against Sheff United.

I think Bournemouth knew that decision cost them a chance of staying and it is a pity PL didn't act to put it right at the time

As soon as they plan to get fans back in a hole game between Aston Villa Vs Newcastle is postponed due to Covid-19 do you reckon this could be another set back to get fans in?.

RE: Premier League 2019-2020 - lovebabes56 - 02-12-2020 05:13

I get the feeling that the decision to postpone the game could scupper any real chane of a naturally completed season, if more gamer get covid postponed, we could even be looking at Project Restart 2 if we're not careful.

Feel for Sheffield as they planned to become a consistent team in the PL a bit like maybe Palace in that vein they was even fighting for Champions League football last season which would of been great for a small side like Sheffield now it has gone wrong for them and they look like they will be relegated back to Championship after a hard fought battle to get back there you only have to look at there history and realise they struggled to get out of League One.

They are a great footballing side which would of made them consistent in the Premier League and now it looks like they are going back to square one.
