I think the bigger problem is when some models expect more than their ''pay pigs'' can afford and exploit the dominant position.
I'm not accusing Tegan of that, but there are numerous stories of people getting in debt to satisfy their needs and the models wants (calls mainly).
Some gambling addicts only get a thrill when they lose, so I could see that being an issue with financial domination also, any models involved need to manage expectations and be careful, because it can be a slippery slope and you don't need a bankruptcy on your conscience.

Anyway, good luck to all involved I suppose.

Of course the punter gets something in return. It's a form of domination. It's for those people for whom the usual kinds of domination aren't enough. Yeah, both sides need to be careful as this can be a slippery slope on both sides if they aren't careful. In general I don't have a problem with findom

This is an analogy I’ve often made when it comes to this Fin Dom nonsense.

I get that it’s a kink and fetish like any other and if a guy is operating with moderation and within his means, then who is it harming? But it’s also something that could easily slip into a harmful addiction.

In any other area where this can happen, there are at least nominal checks in place to protect people from themselves. Casinos identify problem gamblers and are legally mandated to provide counselling services or to ban them from the premises. Bartenders will stop serving you when you’re too drunk to stand. Even babeshows have a mandatory timeout on calls.

The trouble with Fin Dom — especially when practiced as aggressively as Tegan — is that she has NO way of differentiating between someone who is stable and rich enough to enjoy it as a harmless kink, and someone who has slipped into debilitating self-harm. It would be nice to think that she at least tries to prevent rinsing the same guy for too much — but somehow I doubt that she has the good sense and moral courage to exercise that kind of judgement.
