apparently rumours on media of five people were stabbed, before police shot attacker this incident must be nearly 18 months after last incident in 2017 on thr Bridge

Police were called to an incident at 1:58pm to a building near London Bridge.
Police say that there are some injured people.
They say that they have arrested one person. One fatality is reported.

London has been attacked before and no doubt will still be a threat in the future but Londoners may be scared, but we're not going to allow terrorists to spoil Christmas or any other time. Today is Black Friday but learning that there were 2 members of the public killed perhaps it is Blacker Friday. Christmas time in London is a magical time and thousands of people are out shopping and enjoying themselves - they will not be cowed by this and continue as normal as it should be.

Perhaps worth noting that "Black Friday" was originally called "Black" by emergency services in America, because the increased volume of shoppers led to more violence and more traffic accidents.
It used to be the case that days of the week were dubbed "Black" in the media to denote some kind of disaster like a stock market crash or etc.
Then the term "Black" somehow became spun to mean "good", simply because a lot of money is made by retailers on the day, and because accountants traditionally used black to record profits and red to record losses.
