Each country makes up it's top 10 from the public vote and then they are awarded points, 1 point for 10th place, up to 8 for 3rd place and then 10 and 12 for the top 2.

Since televoting was introduced in 2016:
Zero points from the juries - previously 2 + 1 this year = 3
Zero points from the public - previously 3 + 4 this year = 7
If you include the voting for the semi-finals, the above numbers rise from 3 to 4 and from 7 to 11.
