Interesting, & as is often the case controversial. After Electra's shock win last year (for me, as she did just a few weeks at the end of the year) the almost, (& more deserving cos she did way more shows) winner Paige Phillips, makes this years final 16 ?? what exactly has she done to qualify for this years S66 Daytime Queen, other than announce her retirement at the start of the year.
Oh well personally can't complain as my 5 choices are the top 5 seeds, at least I was paying attention.

Beaten only to top seed by Emma C and I can't really put much of an argument up against her! Actually top 10 is a good list. Could be a tight race this year when we may have to start choosing alternatives after our faves drop out!! (don't even think about it.......

Looks like Paige Brooks (whose is now known as Brooksie Brooks) will be pitted against Georgia Darby. That's a tough call for me; they were 2 of my 4 nominees.
I am a huge fan of Brooks/Paige/Brookie, but because he has now left S66 and gone over to BS, I can't help but feel in my mind that this has somewhat slightly eroded her applicability to be in this award. And even if I didn't feel that, my gut feeling making a judgement over the whole year so far is that Georgia's consistency in work-rate/frequency of appearance and level of performance give her the edge over Brooks. This is despite the fact that Brooks is my favourite babe across all the channels!

Stop being so discerning,
not everyone bothers about minor details, such as how often they're on, if they're left the channel, or in some cases whether they're even done a single show all year. 
Joking apart, I do think that Georgie has flown under the radar somewhat this year. although top 10 is good. maybe because she's a veteran , she's overlooked or taken for granted by some.

The last 16 match-up look mostly clear-cut. I'd expect Paige Phillips to get through to the next round against Holly Rose, I mean. let's face it, she hasn't done a bad Dayshow all year
