The umpires are chosing to play it safe regarding no balls, and are using camera technology to judge if a wicket taking delivery was fair.

Just as well SA are that little bit worse with their tactics than England! What planet were they on starting the post lunch session with spin bowling?? It is debatable whether you necessarily start with your too best bowlers in tandem, but at least one speedster should be opening up - with a spinner if you want for variety to constantly ask batsmen to adjust. The only time I would see it as being a sane decision, would be if specific conditions dictated.

Yet another wicket which was later called as No Ball.
Broad knocked over Markham's off stump when he was on 0. He later got him caught cheaply on 6.

Current score 67-3.

South Africa are really battling! Still 3 down at tea, albeit with a long way to go to make a match of it yet! England aren't doing much wrong actually, so just have to keep plugging away. Test cricket as it should be, with conditions not swaying the contest too far one way or the other. Maybe the odd tired debate in the comms box - perhaps a reason to speed up play to keep such extraneous chat to a minimum!laugh

^ Blown away by some inspired bowling!! Some statement as England tie the series up 1 apiece!

The balls they are using is making a huge difference to the batting.

Batting is diffcult for the first 20 overs. Then it goes slightly easier and then after about 40 overs the balls go soft.

For example in South Africa's 2nd innings, 3 wickets fell whilst the ball was new and hard. And then there was a South African fightbakc when the ball got soft. And then England mopped up when they got the 2nd new ball.
