VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
A link to this post has been pmd to ALL current predictors.
The World Cup group stages finish this Friday 2nd December.
The knockout stages start the day after i.e Saturday 3rd December.
The first 4 groups to reach completion are Groups A, B, C and D by close of play on Wednesday evening i.e 30th November.
The first two days of the second round feature teams from only those groups on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th December.
The last four groups to reach completion are Groups E, F, G and H by close of play on Friday 2nd December and ensuing second round matches for those groups take place next Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th December.
Therefore a decision has been taken to split the posting of Second Round fixtures into two parts to allow reasonable notice for all predictors in respect of each section of matches.
As soon as all of groups A, B, C and D are completed on Wednesday of this week I will post the fixtures for the first two days of second round matches relevant to those groups only.
As soon as all of groups E, F, G and H are completed on Friday of this week I will post the fixtures for the last two days of second round matches relevant to those groups only.
Only one joker can be played across the entire second round of fixtures.
It is NOT permissable to play a joker for each block of posted second round fixtures.
If two jokers are played in error then neither will be considered so be careful.
The first kick off rule will apply to both the first set and second batch of second round matches.
This means if predictors want both blocks of predictions counted they MUST ensure compliance with the first kick off rule being met in respect of fixture block one while ALSO ensuring the predictions for the second batch of matches are also submitted before the first kick off in that batch.
Failure to comply with this rule will see all predictions disqualified.
So once again be very careful.
