RE: Top Gear - biggles - 25-04-2015 13:35 Steve Berry another ex TG presenter said how hard it is to do a Car programme on an advertising funded channel - too much criticism of the manufacturers and they threaten to pull advertising. Also how likely are Lambo, Ferrari and Bugatti to lend their cars to a new programme that doesn't have the following that TG has? I guess a new test track would be needed to - although not owned by the BBC it's tied into TG a lot! I was just repeating what I read RE: Top Gear - HannahsPet - 26-04-2015 05:05 Did Top Gear go to Nepal on there india trip ? if they did the top gear curse strikes again 7.9 earthquake in nepal also Volcano Erupted in Chile dont think it was the one the guys drove over though RE: Top Gear - biggles - 27-04-2015 13:01 Hammond has now said he's left Top Gear. On BBC3 last night was the one when Clarkson and May went to China and Chinese Stig did the time trials although he spent most of his time beating up producers, cameramen and May - I'd call that ironic. RE: Top Gear - ShandyHand - 27-04-2015 18:37 TG team had new 3-year contracts ready to sign before Clarkson saw red. James May had just bought a new £208,000 Ferrari 458 Speciale: http://www.theweek.co.uk/62887/jeremy-clarkson-and-top-gear-team-were-ready-to-sign-new-contract RE: Top Gear - circles_o_o_o - 27-04-2015 18:45 The remaining unseen footage from the final three shows will be combined into a single programme and broadcast this summer : http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/celebritynews/11553700/Unseen-Top-Gear-footage-will-be-screened-this-year-BBC-says.html RE: Top Gear - wackawoo - 28-04-2015 00:32 (27-04-2015 18:37 )ShandyHand Wrote: TG team had new 3-year contracts ready to sign before Clarkson saw red.
