Somehow, for some unknown reason, Diddy is likely to not see much, if any jail time, because apparently the evidence didn't stick, somehow. Hmm.
People are saying that despite all of the allegations, all of the evidence and witnesses, he may only have a sentence of time served. Odd that

The fact he served time while waiting is going to be his sentence doesn't make sense to some.
I just get the feeling that either pressure was put on some key witnesses so they were too scared to testify against him, or the jury just couldn't bring themselves to jail him because of his stardom (which to my mind probably has faded a bit since these allegations reared their head), or he bought the jury off on the quiet somehow.
