RE: Tour de France - Tumble_Drier - 29-08-2020 14:32 There'll be a fair amount of Road Rash after this stage RE: Tour de France - Charlemagne - 29-08-2020 16:14 I've never seen as many fallers in one race. The winner of the stage was UAE team sprinter was Noway's Alexander Kristoff RE: Tour de France - Tumble_Drier - 29-08-2020 16:43 A few months off and they all forget how to ride in a bunch  RE: Tour de France - Charlemagne - 30-08-2020 11:45 2nd stage today. Yet another start and finish at Nice. But today course is different from yesterday, as this contains a mountain stage with two passages at over 1,500m. Hi And a great finish over the last 1KM Julien Alaphilippe was outstanding perhaps a podium contender ? RE: Tour de France - Boomerangutangangbang - 30-08-2020 21:41 Good to see Adam Yates up there today, I don't know if he didn't have the legs, but If he was trying for a stage win he need to take a punt & take it on earlier, as Alaphilippe was always going to beat him on the run in. RE: Tour de France - Charlemagne - 31-08-2020 06:34 Today's stage 3 is a 198km ride from Nice to Sisteron up the famous Route Napoleon. RE: Tour de France - lovebabes56 - 31-08-2020 08:42 good to see Yates in top 3, but he has to take a stage win soon to keep in contention and more than likely the mountain stages will be tough. While it would be nice to see another British rider win it, I think it has been quite some time since there has been a French winner of the race, and I wonder if it would be a boost for the French people and French sport in general if there was a French win. RE: Tour de France - Boomerangutangangbang - 31-08-2020 11:35 Unless there's a change of heart is has already been decided that Yates will only be looking for stage wins & not GC. RE: Tour de France - Tumble_Drier - 31-08-2020 11:42 Mildly moist again. Let's see if they manage to keep it upright. |
