Have you all seen the batting stats of the Australian batsmen
The last 5 wickets are averaging about 50 runs more than their first 5.

Heaven knows what England's last 5 wickets are averaging (probably about 20)

Cook out 2nd ball of the day lbw to harris not playing a shot,Bell dropped at slip next ball.Anderson out after being hit twice,a perfect example of why he should never have been sent in as Nightwatchmen.

Latest - 14-3

I am now watching 8 out of 10 cats does countdown instead. God we r poor. Should of batted first!! Think Viv Richards said "9 out of 10 times you bat first, the other time you think about it and then bat first" might of got the source wrong but it holds true.

The West Indies currently insert teams in first a lot of the time cause they know their batting is shit but even they would have batted first here. It was a sign of the total lack of confidence to put a decent score together.

Groundhog Day 2 although the earlier poor show by our batters has managed to surpass their other dismal performances.
I heard it mentioned that forth innings score are normally quite low and I believe (although was half asleep so may of misheard) the record is something like 280. If correct another reason for batting first.

Australia may as well have forfeited their second innings and won the game inside 2 days laugh.

^ Hehe not with the charity day on Day 3. This was mentioned as a reason for not enforcing the follow on before Broad hit out and took England within 200 runs.
