RE: HALL OF FAME Discussion Thread - verybadroger - 15-12-2025 20:53 I think I prefer a knock-out format for the HoF. The winner will have come through multiple match-ups against a number of performers. RE: HALL OF FAME Discussion Thread - Snooks - 15-12-2025 20:54 On a separate note I would like to offer my thanks to Charlemagne and lovebabes56 for running this. Nobody knows better than I how difficult running any comp is. A wide variety of stumbling blocks and complications can emerge for a myriad of reasons. There is a reason why I stopped running comps some years ago and haven't looked back. I hope you can reconsider your position on running comps though Charle. I have no doubt whatever that your decision making along with lovebabes56 has been in good faith and I wish you both well. OMIGOD ONE EXTRA ROUND FOR CLARITY'S SAKE WE CAN'T HAVE THAT CAN WE? I mean, I didn't want to run this thing, but that's partly because I trusted that a pretty ordinary riddle finish like this could be resolved without NEEDLESSLY BALLSING it up

That time when it was a dead heat between Paige Philips and Electra Morgan … but one guy voted for “Paige Morgan”, which left everyone scratching their heads lol RE: HALL OF FAME Discussion Thread - crankshaft - 15-12-2025 22:10 (15-12-2025 22:05 )Goodfella3041 Wrote:(15-12-2025 20:54 )Snooks Wrote: A wide variety of stumbling blocks and complications can emerge for a myriad of reasons…

There's been such a large number of girls nominated there was always a chance of problems. Didn't see this post, ![]() Not a witch hunt in any shape or form, you aint no witch, although I can't be sure about lovebabes56 We all appreciate the work involved, I doubt anyone could've done better given the tools you've had to work with, you've been hamstrung by the format that's all. Really hope you reconsider. RE: HALL OF FAME Discussion Thread - winsaw - 16-12-2025 02:05 Running forum votes is not easy I know from experience, out the blue something can happen and yourself being accused of fixing votes lol been there done that don't want to do it again lol, I don't believe the two guys running this have anything but good intentions, they have made one error and not put in the initial rules a means of splitting up a tiebreak, for next year just copy something like I do in my votes it works, With all that said I think they have made the best of a bad situation as I would be more disappointed to have seen a rule change mid comp, I hope both people involved keep running comps RE: HALL OF FAME Discussion Thread - lovebabes56 - 16-12-2025 05:30 I'm very much in Charles' debt in running this - he has been a constant source of advice and help when needed, and like I said before, I'd completely forgotten I'd been doing this one for 10 years until he mentioned it!! I started my involvement with forum awards/comps with the Queen of St66 awards and at the time, I also felt the forum need to honour the girls overall in a better way, and I think that's when I first mooted a HOF. Little did I know!! Since the St66 awards ended, I concentrated more on this one and hope to remain completely focused on this one. Like many of you, I hope Charle will reconsider his decision. I do feel the setup I have now works well for me - and hopefully It'll continue in this way and I feel if it can be improved we will look at it at some point at the right time after the competition is over and the inductions have formally taken place. And as I said before, our HOF is probably unique compared to the more - shall we say - mainstream HOF's - as ours is based on the members of this forum having a say. |
