Another villain is set to join season three of Arrow and goes by the name of Komodo played by Actor Matt Ward, the character is also a archer as well and was introduced in the DC Universe last April where he worked for Oliver's father but became greedy and became a mercenary with archer skills that rival Oliver Queens

Supernatural actress Amy Gumenick(Mary Winchester) has been cast to play Carrie Cutter (a.k.a. Cupid) in season three, the villainness in the comics had a dangerously obsessive crush on The Arrow.

Liam Neeson has said that he would love play Ra’s al Ghul On Arrow i would love to see this happen but i pretty much doubt it considering that DC want to keep the movie's and tv show universes separate and that also Batman is being rebooted anyway.
