When you consider the number of subscribers these babes have the chances of getting a reply from the actual babe in question will diminish as their popularity increases. There are only so many hours in a day it is just impossible to deliver personal messages to every subscriber, outside help is inevitable.
Sexting is a no go area. BS offer a service of this nature, I'd say 100% it will not be from any of the babes.

Leigh Darby. Leigh had retired from the adult industry, including the babeshows a few years ago, but then the pandemic happened, so Leigh re-started her Only Fans to keep money coming in to support her family
It was so successful back on OF for Leigh, that after the pandemic, Leign decided to gradually return to the adult industry full time and is now back full time including returning to Babestation for occasional appearances on both tv & web.
Alicia Rhodes too has returned to the adult industry on Only Fans
