If they are interfering with the content of that product, or requiring others to do so, before they relay it, then I believe it can be claimed that they are in dereliction of the duty they were set up to perform and are breaching the human rights of the people who are being denied access to material which is freely available to others.
Ofcom is the body with the responsibility for setting broadcasting standards, not Freeview. I feel sure that Ofcom therefore have the power to order Freeview to accept programming for onward transmission unchanged provided that it conforms to Ofcom rules. I’m sure this must be true although if it is I can’t understand why Cellcast haven’t gone down that route. Maybe they’re afraid that Freeview have the dosh to hire hotshot lawyers who they can't win against.
I can’t see the whole "Freeview are doing it" thing to be true, Ofcom are the ones appointed by the government to set broadcasting rules for television no one else, why would "Freeview" or by it’s company name DTV Services undermine a Government appointed body like that?
Another point is if that is the case why is it fine to show something like Sexcetera, which is a lot more raunchy than anything on the babe channels, which is basically hardcore porn minus any penetration shots? Then there is the whole PG thing which never got pulled even when it got to it's most risque.
I mean no one can lauch a new channel, change an existing one or fart on Freeview with out Ofcom approval, yet somehow they can set their own broadcasting standards? No I don’t believe this story, I reckon it’s something put out by the producers to get rid of some of the flak they are getting.

Well, maybe, but if that's the case there would have been an obvious solution. If they only had the wherewithall to do one channel why didn't they do BS instead of PP?

), but one last comment - Last night seemed noticeably poorer than the previous night; Yvette, who was on both nights, was more subdued; Amanda, I've already mentioned. Morgan was the best, as she at least gave plenty of semi-decent ass views, which, until very recently, was content that has been almost entrely absent from BS Lite. One step forward (the night before), at least 2 steps back (last night), I would say.Still, at least Morgan wore some shoes, for a change
BTW, when did Yvette quote your post? (I have tended to FFWD through BS Lite, searching, often in vain, for signs of improvement).

Hmmm - we'll have to agree to disagree there I think. I enjoyed Paige's first stint, although I'd have enjoyed it a lot more if I could've made a decent recording of it.
Not sure these will be moved - the subject is effectively closed now, isn't it? Unless we can get back the auto-switching for the ratio, but that would be just icing on the cake.

As for closing the topic, probably, but I wonder if those who claimed to have an undistorted picture, will now post to try and find out how to ‘correct’ their set-up to display the ‘corrected’ broadcast, ‘correctly’?

I wasn't too keen on her at first (I think it's the ‘poodle’ hair that put me off), but she is growing on me; proving to be a decent performer.

How did you all like the show last night? I had my usual (fast-forward) look before leaving for work. I thought Jodie, Donna Duke and Rachel were pretty good (Especially Rachel; one of my favourites!) The "Secreatary" slot with Rachel and Donna looked interesting BUT I thought Toya was very sexual especially without glasses. On the whole I might need to keep the recording. Still no cream/oil yet though! Any ideas who is on tonight?
