my thoughts on Fyter fest night 2
i liked it was a better show than night one some big stories happening
it started with the first Labours of Jericho Match Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Spears, this was a good match they always work well together, it was a little slow at times but good action, Jericho won as expect ,
the biggest news was the after match announcement of the next match, its a no DQ match with legend Nick Gage
hes the king of the death match and the most over wrestler on the indies you dont want to see him every week as hes not that type of wrestler but he knows how to work his match and put a show on,
the added bonus is the Chris is playing the pain maker his famous Japanese creation this could be a lot of fun,
next we had a non match between Frankie Kazarian vs. Doc Gallows this is the first time since the fans have been back they killed a match they had no interest at all even though they worked a good match,
after it ended it got much more interesting as Don Callis and Kenny Omega came out but before they could do much The Dark Order and Hangman made the save in a white hot moment Hangman is so over now hes ready to get the work belt,
Darby Allin vs. Wheeler Yuta was next, this was a lot of fun for a nothing match and made both look good,
outside the ring Orange Cassidy and Sting had there first fight and it was so cool as it was in the Freshly Squeezed style the crowd and me went mad for it they had to stop the match in the ring as everyone was watching them do their so mo week kicks lol,
AEW Women's Championship Match: Dr. Britt Baker DMD vs. Nyla Rose next, didn't like this was not a good match both looked bad, they messed lots of spots up and it was so slow not good at all, never want to see these 2 again, to make things worse it turned out after the match the Rose had broken the wrist of Britt for real ffs
next Chavo Guerrero made his aew debut as Andrade El Idolo new manager , great to see him back and good for Andrada to have some one to do the talking for him,
Orange Cassidy vs. The Blade this was a fun solid match they worked well togeter Orange is so over it made the match feel bigger than it was as the crowd where so into it,
Texas Deathmatch for the IWGP United States Title: Jon Moxley vs. Lance Archer
brilliant main event Archer best night in aew he looked a total star as he won the belt, Mox looked so strong in his loss with having to go through the barbed wire to finally end him, thats how to book a match both looked stars, it was such a physical, violent and delivered on the gimmick having the home town hero go over for the win was the right thing to do,
next week NJPW Bullet Club’s Hikuleo will be after Archer belt this is showing how the partnership between AEW and NJPW is really working so well

i think hangman will end his run as champ but would not be surprised to see Puck win it from hangman at one of the big shows they have planned in the north east US is Autumn

a lot of talk that Lance Archer winning the IWGP title from Jon Moxley is what finally got Bryan to sign for AEW as hes made it clear that he will only sign for a US company that lets him work for the NJPW ,

Nick gage and legend in the same sentence is hilarious. He’s a guy that can’t wrestle so just mutilates himself to earn some cash, instead of robbing banks. He’s gonna have the same match with Jericho that moxley tries to have each week. A standard Indy garbage dq match.
And nothing like seeing an actual legend like sting lower himself to doing embarrassing fake “comedy” spots for an easy pay cheque.

Make that 3 weeks in a row aew have done a brutally good main event with no rules must admit seeing jericho or should I say painmaker up his game higher than I expected against the insane nick gage I had to watch videos of him to see how mad he is thought noone could get near the likes of Terry funk sabu and mick foley

Aew just missed the chance to completely rebuild all the damage they have done to adam page, he would have been the most over star on the roster if he had beat the dumb fucks and omega but instead he lost.... great job tony

Guessing Ric Flair will join AEW in the legends squad now , in fact i think it would suit him if he reunited with Tully in The Pinnacle in fact i think he could play that heel role really well in The Pinnacle.

you totally miss the point mate his millennials cowboy gimmick meant he couldn't win it first time but next time they meet will be at the year ending PPV Page is not going to be on the september show so now there is a nice build up of anticipation there match gets bigger and bigger and when Page becomes the first man to kick out from the most protected move in all of wrestling the one winged angle the pop will be the biggest ever seen in AEW Page will instantly become the biggest main event babyface in wrestling and will be the new champ for the new year,
its great booking the more time they take the bigger the star Page becomes when he finally wins the belt

looks like its now going to be Punk v Allin , punk not getting near the world belt to the middle of next year, Punk wants to be a heel it seams
they say Bryan is already being lined up for the IWGP belt
