But they're disappearing off the Sky EPG too, and will presumably cease broadcasting at that point, so what would be the point in tuning them in?

can some one explain what we need to do to still watch elite? is it to be a subscription channel from tommorow?

You will only be able to watch on Sky or the website.

Elite is NOT dissapearing from the SKY and will still be free to air, it will now be broadcasting via SKY on the new EPG channel numbers of 941, 932, 965 & 968.

To watch via Freesat you will manually need to add all the full frequency and channel information into the Other Channels section of your Freesat satellite receiver.

And as was mentioned elsewhere, Elite will no longer be broadcasting via the terrestrial Freeview digital TV system at all. It will however still be available to watch online too.

Well at time of writing, Elite are still broadcasting on 921 and 920, despite the EPG now showing Flirt TV and Chat4Fun respectively. Of the channel numbers you mention above, neither 941 or 968 exist as of yet.

Looks like I was spot on about 920 and 921 becoming looped advert channels, unfortunately.
