Probably the best answer is that the cringey rolepay is still going strong, but that a lot of it is sexier than before and with more build-up.

Each to their own I suppose but listening to the cameraman's inane drivel and fake moans & groans ain't my idea of a turn-on.
I was watching a Caty Cole video the other day entitled 'Being Chained' that was released in 2010. In it Caty chains the cameraman up in a stairwell and proceeds to make him her "bitch". Despite his involvement the cameraman never actually utters a word.
I dare say if they shot that type of video now he would never shut up throughout.
Out of the current videos one of the better ones IMO is the Mica/Dionne oil one released on April 1st. Part of the reason for this is that the focus is entirely on the girls as the cameraman keeps his trap shut and sticks to what he does best i.e holds the camera.
