Nice that it was Lib Dems that won as its a mashup seat of Danny Alexander and the late Charlie Kennedys seat

There has been rather a large turnover of MPs since the previous general election in 2019 with as many as 368 MPs elected then not being re-elected. The Conservative party alone lost 271 of those MPs (94 of their MPs survive out of 365 elected in 2019).

Breakdown of those re-elected:
94 Conservative (plus Lee Anderson, now Reform)
155 Labour (plus Jeremy Corbyn, now Independent)
6 SNP (out of 48 elected in 2019)
11 Liberal Democrat (out of 11)
14 other parties

Total MPs from the 2019 general election re-elected: 282 (out of 650).

Makes you wonder just who Ed Davey, Keir Starmer & Rishi Voted For??

Tbh I always feel the actual election process should only start when the PM Casts his vote at 7AM

^ Not much self awareness there from Wee Eck, whose party went from 2 MPs to none and lost their deposit in every seat they stood in Cool
