Which Nato countries would patrol thr buffer zone? and I would think Putin wouldn't accept it simply because he would feel having NATO troops would be like a reg rag to a bull and even then it rasises the more credible threat (that could possibly happen) in the form that the troops could be sittting ducks if Russia wanted to use the hostage route too.
