If only we could now work out a way to take Putin and the cronies around him without us firing a single british bullet/missile into Russia itself. I would say the only way any assassination atttempt will happen would be if enough generals within the Russsian army itself mutinied I reckon.

^Somehow I think Russian porn isn't as sexy as American porn.
I think our collective hiope is somehow Trump sees sense and does not pull aid from Ukraine.

I get the impresssion while it looks feasible on paper physically doing would be a different matter altogether. Which Nato countries would patrol thr buffer zone? and I would think Putin wouldn't accept it simply because he would feel having NATO troops would be like a reg rag to a bull and even then it rasises the more credible threat (that could possibly happen) in the form that the troops could be sittting ducks if Russia wanted to use the hostage route too.
That would be huge bargaining chip for Putin.
