Agents Of Shield Season 3 will finally be starting soon in uk!!!! watched just now the episode from s2 that was on e4 on Friday that I recorded & in an ad break was a trailer for season 3 on e4

e4 does seem to be the best place given that is where channel 4 puts pretty much all it's us shows like Big Bang Theory, Scream Queens, Supernatural, How I Met Your Mother & Melissa and Joey
wouldn't say its a downgrade to move it to e4, everyone has digital tv of some sort so will be easily found & as you say it's channel 4's youth channel.
presume they will repeat s3 episodes on c4 to make people aware it's on e4
