It's not only Ofc@m who change the rules. The licensee for the Sport channels, Satellite Entertainment Limited, have some 11 'In Breach' findings against them from previous operators and are at risk of having the licenses revoked, so need to ensure all shows/presenters operate well within the rules/guidance, until everything is sorted, possibly through the courts.
It happened initially with RLC through Playboy.
