What weight do you have to be to qualify for flyweight then?

upto 112 lbs or 60 kilos & then you hit Bantam, feather, Light, Welter, Middle & so on

You need 132 lbs to equal 60 kilos and not 112.

Since 1 kg = 2.2 lbs the sum is 60 x 2.2 = 132.

If it's semi-pro does that mean you won't be wearing head guards? Hate to think of you getting a smack in the chops from your opponent.

Do you know who you will be fighting

ps you look seriously fit in your avatar. I wouldn't mess with you....not in the ring anyway.Big Grin

But reading your texts and some one who follows boxing do head gards restricked your line of sight. and had weight to your head when you move your head? And what about the weight on the chest does it do damage on your chest and how does it affect women things when you train and put on weight and then take off weight for a fight?[/size]

Thank you for pointing that out...you a maths teacher? or just like working things out?

I realised after I posted as its 50.9 & I misread that as 59.9 when I looked it up & as my car was waiting to take me to the Pad I didn't bother amending it. Hence for quickness I put 60. Rolleyes

That's good. 60kg would have made you a lightweight.
