The link didn`t work. I checked it out on some Korean site on google, quality fightBig Grin although not sure about the result it should have been a draw that first round was 10/8 Jung then again draws don`t happen much... Fucking judges annoyed

Jung was devastated at the result, but wow what a debut! Afterall, it takes two guys to have a fight & it was only as good as it was due to BOTH men giving it their all. As good as the Griffin/Bonner fight for sure Smile

i know the shows are pre recorded a few weeks ago and that this weeks events have no effect on them but it does make it more interesteing to see what went on during filming, and it does have an effect on the finals and in general affect weather Tito will continue with the UFC and stay out of jail.

Best of luck to fellow brit, Paul Daley. Wow, this guy packs some serious power!

RE: UFC - Ducky - 28-04-2010 15:02

Such a shame for Tito's bad luck, sincerely.
But personally, I actually can't wait for this replacement match up!

RE: UFC - mitchell - 28-04-2010 16:11

I`ve not seen anything about this on ufc.com, a quick google search tells me the news broke last month. I think this will suit Chuck as Franklin will want a standup fight whereas Tito would prefer to ground n pound. Should be a good hopefully not tense fight as both badly need a win.

RE: UFC - groundnpound - 28-04-2010 21:57

"If he grounded and pounded me in my sleep he'd barely have enough power to wake me up" Paul Daley on Koscheck.

Paul "Semtex" Daley
33 Fights 23Wins 8Losses
KO 18 1
Sub 1 5
UD 4 2

Josh Kosckeck
20 Fights 16 Wins 4Losses
KO 5 1
Sub 6 1
UD 5 2

Word of caution Koscheck`s last 4, 2KO wins 1KO loss 1 submission, he submited Anthony "Rumble" Johnson (5 UFC KO wins) plus he took Thiago Alves to a decision not to mention GSP, and most of his opponents have been of a higher caliber than Daley`s, hopefully Sem will KO him but like i said Koscheck will probably use the same tactics as GSP did with Hardy, it`s like Daley`s already said in the promo he`s got to avoid THAT ONE SHOT for three rounds, i hope he don`t avoid it cause if Koscheck does lose i think we will see Hardy v Koscheck possibly in the UK, but that will mean GSP v Daley and let`s be honest for any fan of Daley it might make bad viewing.

Can`t wait to see Kimbo v Mitrione, Matt Mitrione acted like a right faggort on TUF think he redeemed him self with a good victory in the finale if i remember rightly, hopefully Kimbo`s added some more allround skills.

Daley certainly got some smack talk check out the first post in this thread started by Daley himself

think Mitchell is about spot on, all about weather daley can connect as certainly got the power,Kos has faced better oppenents and might just take him down and lay and pray a decision.

Think Chuck Franklin is a much better fight, did anyone want to see chuck vs tito AGAIN. both need a win to get into contention for a title shot can't really pick a favorite both coming off long layoffs i'm backing Rich guys cool, down to earth also you ever see him without a black eye?
Also Shogun vs Machida rematch coming up, shogun got fucked by the judges in the first fight but still not sure who's favourite to win although i'd rather shogun won.

I think as "coaches", it's a great pairing and rivalry as far as both entertainment and invaluable teaching experience for the contestants.
I wouldn't wish anything terrible on Tito, but it's kinda worked out well from a fans perspective that we're not seeing those two in particular go at it again.

FRANKLIN IS A GREAT FIGHTER AND CHANGING COACHES PART WAY THROUGH THE SEASON JUST MIXES EVERYTHING UP AND KEEPS THIS, SO FAR VERY ENTERTAINING SEASON, EVEN MORE INTERESTING.

Oops, just realised I'd hit CAPS LOCK, lol

RE: UFC - mitchell - 30-04-2010 21:31

I think Franklin will beat Chuck as he`s not bad on the ground as well, not that either fighter will be going there other than ko obviously, also think Chuck is on his wayout bit like Matt Hughes in the way they are both a tad one dimensional, Chuck all standup Hughes all wrestling mma is becoming more MIXED martial arts by the day.

Personally i don`t like all the shit talk what Bisping,Hardy & Daley do it`s more of an American thing i think that`s why the Yank crowd don`t like Bisping & that`s one of the things i like about Ross Pearson he is a good fighter who just gets on with it.
