Cheers for all the support guys i`m disappointed with my performance, i needed to keep my guard up more, and when he pushed me onto the ropes or into a corner i just stood there and let him do his work instead of skipping left or right to free up some space to move.
Typical of boxing though 1 defeat in 32 fights and it`s all "Oh he`s finished where does he go from here"... Over to Faces to get smashed thats where.Cool

ITV1 are showing it live on Sunday morning. Should start around 2:45am.

Good performance from Khan, he's got some good Boxing skills. Malignaggi is tough, but I'd like to see how Khan does against someone like Cotto... That would be an interesting match up, style wise.

Yeah good performance from Amir those first 3-4 round`s were tough & he found it hard but got there in the end. It was the kind of fight he needed to gain some experience for what`s to come, it will give Freddy Roach a good tape to look back on.
I agree Mr Wolfe Khan v Cotto will be a great fight, if he wins his next fight it may happen, it would make a good replacement for Mayweather v Pacquiao if Floyd keeps bitchin out?

apart from not realy getting me excited they are now 2 weight dvisions apart

khan wants to fight n july 31s then take a break and take on maidana in the us , so i think he should avenge his loss vs prescott khan whoops him all nigt long in a rematch

RE: Boxing - hagman1989 - 29-05-2010 20:10

prizefighter tonight 9pm sky sports , esham pckering being the biggest name tonight but stay away from him hes shot to shit and hes a slow starter so over a 3 round fight it dosent look good

ricky owen may be a good bet but im putting a tenner on casey

vitaly klit vs albert sosnozski availible on primetime ppv for 5.95 not worth it for my money but for a tenner you can get martinez vs mungia and vasquez jr vs bedak all i one maybe worth it but im not buying it

RE: Boxing - mitchell - 29-05-2010 22:17

it`s a shame Wayne Mccullough had to pull out with a hand injury, even at 39 i think he would have had a good chance of victory.

its been amazing and weve got the semis and final to come

The 3rd round was key though... I don't think Mosley expected Mayweather to come back so strongly after that 2nd round, and consequently he was on the back foot for the rest of the fight. Mayweather showed he's a true champion... Great performance from Floyd.

Let's hope the Pacquiao fight goes ahead...

I was lucky enough to be at the fight. In the words of Russ Abbott 'What an atmosphere' I couldn't help but be impressed by mayweather & i'm not a big fan of his. He got through the 2nd round then boxed mosley's head off. You could see after 6 rounds mosley wouldn't get near him again.

Now please floyd get in the ring with pacman. It's the only fight worth watching in the world.
