RE: Capping - Questions, Advice Etc. - Scottishbloke - 06-09-2014 15:59 I never use auto cap function, I play the video back in VLC mode and with the use of the pause button, print screen and paint programme I'm able to select the ones I think are best. With autocap you are in danger of duplicating near identical caps, plus it takes away the personal touch. RE: Capping - Questions, Advice Etc. - HEX!T - 26-03-2015 16:14 reet av hit a bit of a wall here. im lookin fo a video converter that handles 12-25fps variable. what do i mean by variable. i need to convert a 13fps stream cap to a 13fps vid. i currently use avs video converter but it will only go as low as 15fps. so the playback of the converted file hitches every 10th of a second or so and it drops the audio. so i need something that will give me more control of the final fps... im not bothered if its payed or free so any suggestions are welcome. I've got 7.1 and the Output Frame Rate dropdown menu gives options to go below 15fps - you can choose "original" frame rate, as well as 1,2,3, 5, 10 or 12fps.
