In many cases you'll see clickable links in the posts with video previews, once clicked they open a new tab/window, you then look for the free download option, in most it's named regular download and follow any instructions it gives.
Once you've downloaded the videos you may need a different media player to the one you have, this one is free and should play all the videos posted here - http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
