yea but ofcom are the ones that give the licences, if they say no, then they can't do it. they're being quite picky at the mo about these kinds of channels. Its out of cellcasts hands.

I didn't think they would have had the guts to reapply Party Girls for channel 46, it means they have to pay them money of which they are too stingey to hand out, they would rather take than give but it's fair to say the girls have been giving a lot.
I hate late night psychic, at least Party Girls was more realistic than a bunch of frauds scamming the general public with false information as for those gullible to believe the shit.

I have just been appointed moderator of the Smile TV section of the forum.
I have received some info from Admin about the future of Channel 46 which sounds promissing.
I will keep you informed when I hear more.

Party Girls licence ends on 8th April. There appears to be no extension or renewal.
