Because although they can on an encrypted channel some of the Babestation girls won't because they don't work to that level. It's certainly allowed to show such material on the channel but some girls will and some girls won't.

Hi StanTheMan your right I voted no and it is because of the reasons u just mentioned. I never started to watch these channels until freeview started and that was with party people and how I wanted to see some boobies but now I can I want more. I don't think the question being asked is the right question. Yes I wanna see pussy on these channels will I phone them to see it no. I can see pussy on any website hell half the girls have vids/pics elsewhere u can access its more about the way ofcom treat us and our rights as adults to view what we want with out censorhship
