Better look to the side, although I'd still bring in a genuine quick bowler. Either Woakes or Wood instead of Tom Curran.

Woakes is genuinely quick? In fact he's injured anyway and can't be selected.

It does look like Wood will play, as the pitch for this test is expected to be the quickest of the series.

West Indies won the toss and have chosen to bowl.
The West Indies captain has been suspended for one match for what I believe is due to a slow over rate in the last test

At lunch England are 46-1.
Burns was caught off his left glove, but on slow was given not out as his hand was off his bat handle

At the start of day 2 England are 231-4. Thanks to a unbroken 125 partnership between Stokes and Buttler

Well some fierce bowling from the West Indies this morning. Gabriel in particular was fast and accurate. To me it wasn't the shambles of previous England batting performances in this series. West Indies were sensational.

West Innies were restricted to 154 all out.
Wood got 5 wickets and Moeen Ali got 4 wickets

Hope to goodness Keaton Jennings puts the drive shot in the bin tomorrow and stays in for a while.
