Who the hell were we playing? This wasn't the Pakistan we thrashed 4-0 and Windies hammered 3 days ago.
Late news! Jofra Archer is not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy. No wickets and 79 runs conceded off 10 overs.
Woakes got 3 late wickets but went for almost 9 runs per over.
Roy drops a dolly when Hafeez had scored 6. Hafeez went on to top score with 84 off 62. Roy also missed a run out by completely missing the ball, and managed 2 fours and out whilst batting. Worst game ever for England?
Rashid taken off after 5 overs for 43 runs, and doesn't appear again.
Thank God for Ali, Wood and, to a lesser extent Stokes for their bowling, otherwise we'd have been chasing 400.
Morgan, Stokes and Ali failed to impress with the bat, unlike Root and Buttler, who nearly got us there, despite their teammates failings.
One last thing. We conceded 20 extras to Pakistan's 8. 12 runs difference and we lost by 14.
One more last thing. Well done Pakistan. Your spirit and aggression was amazing.

Quite a scare for Sri Lanka today, as they collapsed from 144/1 to 201 all out, but in the end they beat Afghanistan by 34 runs.
