What would be a big bonus in his cap if 1) he was prepared to scrap UC and reinstate tax credits or come up with a credible alternative benefits system and 2) if he was to get rid of the anti Semitism row that surrounds him. And then I think people could possibly trust him, but I think there aren't any really stand out Labour MP's who would stand against him either.
