But you'd just end up as the bottom club every year. Wink

Where as if the so called big 6 leave, you'd end near the top of the Prem.

If it meant playing scum more than twice a year, then I can live without that. Cool

Although both Klopp and Milner said tonight during their SKY interviews they don't like this, don't want it to happen. They obviously can't say too much more but we get the idea. Palace chairman Steve Parrish and Leeds forward Bamford said it too. Fair play to them all.

Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher said they feel it only needs one to walk away and the thing will fall apart. I hope they're right. Everyone involved in the game is going to be continuously asked about it and people need to keep driving the message that it's not a liked concept. It simply can't be allowed to happen.

Be interesting to see what comes out of the meeting between the 14 other Premier League clubs tomorrow.

I'm afraid you'll have to put up with me shoving my oar in here when I barely follow football at all but I'm watching the news and it seems the politicians are all over this.
That Starmer saying the Government should do this and another one on about how they'll fight tooth and nail...
I can't see it's got anything to do with politicians, maybe they think there's votes in it.
Someone was saying they need to do some legislation. think of all the things that they could legislate about.

They will expel the 6 Making it more than likely the thing will happen

I can't see Southgate dipping into the Championship for players. Just hope the managers and players finally see sense and walk way from it, if they value their careers enough and care enough about British football as it is.

Let the moneymen of this concept run a shit league that nobody watches with stars who agree to take part in this average bit players from their own country and from around europe and the TRUE football stars steer well clear of it and ban them from owning the rights to the clubs' names and from ever owning a British football club ever again and let alone live and work in Britain and British sport ever again. the grounds shouild be handed back to 'phoenix' clubs and those 'phoenix' clubs should be re admitted to the PL for a year before being re - branded with the original names.

The only Govt legal legislation that we need NOW is something that's based on or around the German model that gives CLUB supporters a far bigger stake in a club than they do so in Germany (I would say that a buyer can only own no more than say, 45% of any club) and the only owners allowed to buy are BRITISH born business people who passionately love their sport and genuinely CARE about football

Also the fit and proper test the FA has needs to be far more tougher and transparent and open in the future, so that supporters know exactly who wants to buy their club and the final approval of the rests with us - the fans.

The test should also be re - modelled so that the game keeps the Mike Ashley type of business owner well away from the front door of a football club for good.

The fact the Woodward quit his role in UEFA and Man Utd quit the ECA shows their intent on this. But the fact that since the announcement on Sunday thr silence on further details has been deafening, I doubt we will find out little more about it until the summer when I fear they will make enough noise to disrupt the Euros because I feel their agenda will be to disrupt anything that involves the UEFA brand. Further more I will be absolutely disgusted if the BBC or ITV C4 or C5 sign up to broadcast or even attempt to show highlights from this.
