I like Michael Holding, he's very smart with a good, dry sense of humour and he doesn't talk for the sake of talking like David Gower.

gotta say weve been poor this game i think thell have to change it up 4 the lords test i personally feel sidebottom is the man . the aussies dnt play swing well and sidebottom can swing it even when anderson dosent

my five man attack for the lords test

1.steve harmison
2.freddie flintoff
3.stuart broard (over anderson for his batting aswell , also i feel he is improvingbowling wise)
4.monty panasar
5.ryan sidebottom

sorry anderson u just havent cut it 4 me england have invested to much time in yu and u havent for me repaid us

Depending on what the pitch looks like, i'd be tempted to play 5 seamers at Lords. Harmison and Onions in for the two spinners.

I hope England don't change too much. There should be a simple one like Panesar out and Harmison in. Otherwise the team is looking better than it has done for a long time. They have been disappointing considering this, but Australia have been outstanding especially since they lost all the big players like Gilchrist, McGrath and Warne.

Getting nervous now. Who's gonna be the hero? 20 overs left to survive. Come on England!

whilst having my stomach in knotts(as we speak england 16 overs from safety) should not ponting get into serious trouble for trying to intimadate the umpire to give the decision in his favour? Wishing that Colingwood hit the ball does not make it so. If my 12 year old nephew behaved like that I would tell him to act his age, I just hope his attempts to influence the umpire wont have a significant affect on the rest of this match.

way hey nothing like being at the right end of a one sided draw(lol)
How on earth can people say that test match cricket is boring. This match and 2005 series showed that no form of cricket comes close to this sort of drama.
I hope Ponting and Siddel get into trouble blatant disputing of the umpires decisions.

I can now watch the highlights since I know it is going to be a happy ending, happy days.

Great test match and a fantastic start to the series. Collingwood, Anderson and Monty were the hero's in the end, not forgetting Swann's contribution. Bring on Lords!

Phew! Brilliant innings from Collingwood and great bravery from Anderson and Monty. This should give them huge impetus going to Lord's but the technique must improve and personally I'd bring in Onions for Monty on a pitch more suited to seam bowling.
