RapidShare have implemented stupid/daft/f**king annoying new limits on traffic. So once every 24 hours they reset things to zero and then you're only allowed to share 1Gb as a free user or 30Gb as a premium user. For most poeple that means within a short couple of hours their allowance for the day is up. You'll have to schedule the download to kick in just after 00:00 CET and hope you get it before it runs out again, and you have to wait another day.
Nothing the original poster can do about this - it's entirely with RapidShare.
