From what i know no as at the moment DC aren't allowing certain characters to appear on small screen like for example on smallville the writers wanted Bruce Wayne to appear but DC wouldn't allow it so they let them use Green Arrow. Already on Arrow the writers wanted to use Ted Kord aka Blue Beetle to appear in the show but DC said no and that other plans for him possibly on the big screen so they let them use Ray Palmer aka The Atom instead funnily enough Brandon Routh would have played either one of anyway.
All this could change with Taila appearing one day in future remember DC were never going let Lois Lane appear on Smallville 4 years down the line they changed there minds so here's hoping fingers crossed.
I do know if show goes on where gonna be seeing more DC characters appear in the future

I would love to see Hal Jordan aka Green Lantern make appearance in the show as in the comics Oliver Queen and Hal Jordan were best friends but doubt it will happen because of DC

Yep thats right had plenty comics feauturing just them!Lantern the responsible part of the partnership and Arrow a bit like Flash slightly reckless not hw he is portrayed in the show at all!!

Cool I just got a ppi refund of 4 grand and just got the ultimate edition of this
it's a shame in one way that they are holding back on some appearing in the show I mean while movies are great I would love them to take a marvel movie universe look at the tv shows and have multi shows then maybe a justice league crossover events but guess with the League movie coming up down the line there is no chance of that just yet
