I still think the babes were right to stand up to the management and told them to shoe it with the their 30% demand. I think even if they sacked them and restarted with new girls in the end that contract would still be in existence and probably any new girls they hired with OF pages probably would feel the same way.
If that proved to be the case, the babes then who worked for S6 probably could also have a case for unfair dismissal, and even under current conditions if they are being forced to choose between S66 and OF.
How much longer will S66 survive in this current situation?

A self-employed person can't be dismissed, whether unfairly or otherwise.
In order to be dismissed you need to be employed in the first place.

how many times have S66 moved the goalposts since this blew up? ONCE. And IMO they moved them a fair way & who's to say if they moved again if they restarted, rebranded and hired new girls who didn't know what had gone on before they were hired?
