IMO Arsenal are still playing catch up with the Mancs, they lost fabregas and nasri and never replaced them. Arsene has only now started buying players but United have also got stronger and City will be buying as well so Arsenal need some more top sighning to fight for the prem.... Oh and they need to keep RVP.
Cazorla is a start though to fill the void left by Fabregas and Nasri, maybe bringing in another midfielder like Cazorla would help.
I wouldn't keep Van Persie if I was Wenger. Yes he is a good goal scorer, but why keep an unhappy player. They have added two good goal scorers into their squad with the signings of Podolski and Giroud. If they could add another striker like Soldado or Llorente, they will be a force to be reckoned with. Keeping the Koscielny and Vermanlean partnership will make them solid enough at the back, but I guess it doesn't matter what defenders they have, they will always be shaky at the back because of their style of play

A good signing for Arsenal if it happens, they might finally end their 7 year trophy drought next season. I think they will surprise a few people and make a strong challenge for the Premiership title

Only if they take the League-Cup seriously

Jesus Christ, Juventus manger Antonio Conte has been banned for three months and fined 200,000 euro for his role in match fixing

Arsenal complete the signing of Cazorla for 16.5 million.
Van Persie must feel a little stupid saying Arsenal lack ambition
Arsenal have signed Podolski, who has won 101 caps for Germany scoring 44 goals and also scoring goals for Cologne, who always have to fight relegation every season
They have signed Giroud, who was the top scorer in France last season with 21 goals
Now Arsenal have signed Cazorla, a top quality player, who is unlucky not to be in the Spain first team
Arsenal looking good next season to be serious contenders for the Premiership title. If they sign at least two more, they could surprise a lot of people in the Champions League

If he does decide to stay, Wenger should strip him of the captaincy

Looks like PSG have out bid Man United and Inter Milan for Lucas Moura. If he is really that good and has a brain between his ears, he should go to a club in a better league

It's a long time since Michael Owen could be described as mighty. 31 league goals in the last 7 seasons? Some players get that many in 1 season.
