my 'referendum' mind says 'no, this isnt about personalities - we're not electing a pm - its far more important' (which it is)

but unfortunately you may be right & whatever the outcome that clown could be leader of the tories at some point...

what a sad indictment of the modern 'style over substance' approach to government if Trump ends up in the Whitehouse & Johnson at no10 - there'd be a lot to talk about but the world could be a scarier & much less fair place...

How about we get Trump, Boris, Blair & Bush exiled to Chernobyl?

I don't believe its the case that pro-EU MP's would try to get a Brexit decision overturned but what is entirely likely is that they would try to ensure that no post Brexit legislation is passed that would be at the extremes of what the Brexiteers claim would be possible. So if we do exit I would predict that the only legislation for a post Brexit world that would get passed would be that which followed the Norway model - that is we'd still pay membership fees, still have free movement of people and still have access to the single market. In other words all we'd have given up is surrendered our right to representation!

dont think its possible to overturn a decision unless its a 50/50 split what we need is a good majority either way to kill any possibilty

On the subject of the voter registration website crashing I don't have a great deal of sympathy with those who left it to the last 2 hours to try and register. Are those really the sort of people that we should want to influence the decision?

HOWEVER as they are mostly thought to be young people and most likely to vote remain can we give them as much time as they need please laughlaughlaugh

Thats the main reason i want to stay in is because i trust faceless beauracrats in brussels more than i trust our politicans especially the tories.

the problem with the EU is that we treat it as a joke we elect jokers like Farage and UKIP people who want to disrupt and break the project up into the EU parlimant than people who want to make the system work

Basically its like the Eurovision we always put in Joke Acts and then when we lose then we say oh its the system thats fixed rather than we put in shit acts
