Where did he get 350 billion from, it's a third of that, around 119 billion, or at least that's what I read earlier. He's just salty because Ukraine see this for what it is, a cash grab for their resources and not a peace deal in any meaningful way. Yes that number is still almost half of the aid given, around 43 percent, but how that means half of all the countries resources which are worth so much more is a fucking joke. You don't give aid then carve up the countries assets, unless he sees Ukraine as another Gaza, a real estate investment involving mass murder and war crimes, where America can make some blood money. This is going to get so much worse.

As odious as Trump is, this is pretty standard for the Septics, they'll always seek to profit from a nation on its knees. The "Anglo-American Loan" being a perfect example which we only finally paid off in 2006.
