Reports today are saying that the plane has been found at last - in the Bay of Bengal, off the coast of Thailand. The Malaysian government has said it's working with other countries to assess the credibility of this information.

Well he says it's definitely a plane, even if it isn't THE plane. He also says that whatever it is wasn't on a satellite image of 5 March but was on an image taken on 10 March - and flight MH370 went missing on 8 March.

India's space program uses The Bay of Bengal for launch testing and the Indian military also use it for testing missiles, so there could be large aluminum objects in the water there that aren't commercial airliners.

The Australian seachers have reacted to the find in The Bay Of Bengal by reiterating that they believe MH370 flew south and is now in the southern Indian Ocean. However the search for surface debris off Australia has been called off, with efforts now being directed solely on the undersea search, which is continuing with scans of the seabed by the drone submarine.

If anyone had shot the plane down there would have been floating debris.

Recent reports on claims of finding the plane have been a bit confused, and the posts above from the last few days seem to be mixing 2 different stories, but to try and make it all less confusing there are 3 separate claims this week of finding the plane. The Australian searchers have not commented on the claims, except to say they still think their search is in the right place.

The first of the 3 claims this week was by an American pilot Michael Hoebel, who believes he's found the plane off the coast of Thailand. The second was by an Australian survey company GeoResonance, who say they have detected a plane in The Bay Of Bengal. The third is by a British marine archaeologist Tim Akers, who says he's found the plane off the coast of Vietnam.

With the ending of the air search, the crews that had looked for the missing airliner posed for a farewell photo.

If in doubt blame it on Al Qaeda! I'm surprised that nobody's claimed that the freemasons were responsible. They get to be implicated in most things.
