Semper Fidelis!! Result at last, my money transfer was accepted(just received an email) and I know now what was wrong. I had to references and one of them was to identify me when I called the bank but the other one I should have used was the account reference-and that was why it was being sent back, wrong reference quoted to main bank DOH! My proverbial bad. It just shows you, you must read letter sent to you and make sure you have the right quoted reference. Anyway all is well and I can sleep better tonight.

Very happy, my blood pressure was down to 112/80, hasn't been that low for ages and my weight is down, plus I don't need my Metformin tablets any more, meaning that I am still clear of the diabetes type 2, so this has been a very good morning; only downside achy arm having had blood taken!

Was on the way home on the bus earlier with some bloke reeling off an endless stream of one liner jokes to have everyone on the bus in stitches all the way home

Bought a new kettle after my old one that lasted 13 years broke last night.
My new one is awesome
It's quiet, it boils quick, holds a lot of water, looks really cool, has loads of good reviews and only cost £22.49.

Was doing my local shopping and noticed a purse in the main road tried to take it my local chemist but there didn’t wanna know my local police station is another so looked inside and noticed they had a bank card so took the purse to that particular and explained what happened. When I got the owners tried phoning me as they went into that chemist to see if the purse was handed in and so that’s how they got my number. I explained I handed it to there bank an they came round today to say thank you and was given a big box of chocolates, that’s my good deed for week.
