RE: Football League: Discussion - Snooks - 25-03-2014 22:51 Yes thank you Wolves for giving me a mild heart attack after leading Colchester 3-0 and letting them back in at 3-2 before getting a 4th goal in injury time ![]() Don't do this to me, my poor ticker can't stand it ![]() RE: Football League: Discussion - Joey 27 - 26-03-2014 00:06 massive win for us at grimsby 17 points clear now RE: Football League: Discussion - Tractor boy - 26-03-2014 00:12 There is nothing more satisfying than an injury time winner especially after going behind after 35 seconds. Footballs coming home ![]() RE: Football League: Discussion - aaron - 27-03-2014 14:19 Downward spiral or what? Portsmouth are now only 2 pts clear of the relegation places in League 2 and with only 4 wins in the last 27 matches and only 5 goals scored in the last 11 matches and on top of that we've sacked our manager for the second time this season. ![]() RE: Football League: Discussion - Joey 27 - 27-03-2014 17:39 as a luton fan i hope portsmouth stay up, but if you do go down don't disrespect the conference as it is a tough league to get out of despite most teams only getting crowds of between 700-1,500, we were arrogant by thinking we would piss this league cos we are the biggest club in the league but it has taken us 5 years to get out, though you are a bigger club than us and it may be easy for you, if you do stay up though i look forward to going to fratton park next season RE: Football League: Discussion - Charlemagne - 05-04-2014 19:23 Congratulations to Leicester City in gaining promotion to the Premiership today after both Derby & QPR failed to win their matches. They were last there 10 years ago RE: Football League: Discussion - Snooks - 05-04-2014 23:46 (05-04-2014 19:23 )Charlemagne Wrote: Congratulations to Leicester City in gaining promotion to the Premiership today after both Derby & QPR failed to win their matches. Gary Lineker will be a happy bunny then. Burnley with an important equaliser at Watford to keep their push for promotion on track. Dyche has done a great job there for sure. RE: Football League: Discussion - HannahsPet - 06-04-2014 09:37 Blimey Dingles 10 points ahead with 6 games to play not even they can blow that can you charl ![]() Damm it could be 13 points on tuesday when we beat QPR ![]() ![]() RE: Football League: Discussion - aaron - 06-04-2014 13:36 (27-03-2014 17:39 )Joey 27 Wrote: as a luton fan i hope portsmouth stay up, but if you do go down don't disrespect the conference as it is a tough league to get out of I agree, I don't think there's a big gap in standard between league 2 and the conference. However Portsmouth have suddenly won 2 matches in a row and it's looking promising now that we will avoid the drop. But with only a small squad, we've lost both our quality strikers and the guy with the largest number of assists. We're limping to the end of the season In one match I watched we had to put out a forward line of Barnes / Wallace. I was expecting them to produce a few bouncing bombs. ![]() |
