RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Boomerangutangangbang - 24-10-2025 12:03 ^^ I don't know Kyadillah personally so I don't know the reasoning behind the 10 - 0 Sunderland predictions. Either he's some deep seated hatred for Sunderland or more likely that Sunderland are his team & he using some sort of reverse logic in the hope that he doesn't curse his team & maybe get a positive result. Personally, I'm still trying to win this League every season I take part or at least finish in the best position possible, so given how crap I've been I can't really afford to waste potential points on unusual/unlikely predictions. That's just me as I'm fiercely competitive, but at the same time I don't take it so seriously that it's to the detriment of my enjoyment & I'm more than happy to take the piss out of myself when my season is going badly & furthermore I would actively encourage anyone else to have a laugh at my expense. ![]() I understand that we all play this game differently & have varying degrees of motivation in terms of expectations, what is important is that we all get something out of taking part. I'm a true fan of the PLP & look forward to seeing other players predictions, especially someone like HLO who likes to throw a curveball every now & then. It is to be expected from an Arsenal fan from Cov, he's bound to be a little confused at times. ![]() ![]()
RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Charlemagne - 24-10-2025 21:04 There was a lot of jokers and correct scores on a 2-0 Leeds victory. There's still been a few on a 2-1 result. RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Boomerangutangangbang - 24-10-2025 21:21 ^^ I drafted out my predictions when the fixtures were first posted, had 2-1 Leeds win, but made a late edit today to a 2-0 result.

Golden rule never edit your results , i never had done and never ever will. Once you figure out a score , stick with it , never look back , it's like betting you might regret it. Not sure, but I was thinking he might be a Newcastle fan.
RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Boomerangutangangbang - 25-10-2025 09:11 ^^ Quite possible, I didn't consider that. RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Kingsmind - 25-10-2025 15:30 Or a long shot this one he could be a Gateshead fan.
RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Kingsmind - 26-10-2025 21:16 Another good week for me , getting 2 correct scores on Sunday , could've been three if it was Everton 1-2 Tottenham , in fact it should've been , an Everton offside goal really changed the game. My form continues. RE: Premier League Prediction Thread - Chat & Discussion - Boomerangutangangbang - 27-10-2025 18:57 A much needed 1st joker of the season courtesy of the Bournemouth 2 - 0 Forest result. It's a big boost to be the week 9 top scorer with 12 points which has at least served to stopping the rot after a number of low scoring weeks. Now I have to back this up in an effort to move up the table for a change. Thanks to Reg for posting the results & table in good time.

Week 9 mate. ![]() I hope I'm getting better at starting the results post earlier, saving it as a draft and then having it ready to post when I get back from work, which would normally be the Monday evening. Just want to free up as much time as possible for both myself and for all players to have more time before the next round. So far, the scheduling has been kind. But as you all know, the challenging time is approaching with stormy weather and festive holidays on the horizon. Hopefully I have methods in place so that we can stay on top of both. Great to see it so competitive.
