I think myself even know the Worlds is always run in Jan if i was in that situation i wouldn't run it until i know how much money the players will earn for the event which is how every sporting event is run who cares if it is run later then it normal is if it is run in Feb or Aug for example who cares as long as the money is sorted out before the event starts that's all that matters. Really it shouldn't of been run at all this year how much trouble they are in but it needs to be run yearly in it. RE: Darts - lovebabes56 - 08-01-2020 04:17 Just how did the BDO get into a mess? RE: Darts - Doddle - 08-01-2020 15:47 Mitchell did beat the teenage lad, which got them reported on BBC Breakfast (so the BDO can get coverage, albeit at several removes). RE: Darts - lovebabes56 - 09-01-2020 07:15 I would say Waites is strong favourite to win RE: Darts - lovebabes56 - 09-01-2020 07:44 BDO DARTS SCHEDULE THURSDAY 9 JANUARY AFTERNOON SESSION R2 LADIES CORRINE HAMMOND (AUS) V LAURA TURNER (ENG) AILEEN DE GRAAF (3) (ND) V BEAU GREAVES (6) (ENG) R3 MENS JIM WILLIAMS (15) (WAL) v RYAN HOGARTH (2) (SCO) EVENNIG SESSION R2 LADIES LISA ASHTON (1) (ENG) V LORRAINE WINSTANLEY (6) (ENG) MIKURU SUZUKI (2) (JAP) V ANASTASIA DOBROMYSLOVA (7) (RUS) R3 MENS DENNIE OLDE KALTER (ND) v MARIO VANDEBOGAERDE (11) (BEL) MARTIJN KLEERMAKER (7) (ND) V PAUL HOGAN (ENG) RE: Darts - Doddle - 09-01-2020 09:19 Expect Mitchell to be in with a shout too. That Women's line-up this evening looks tricky. RE: Darts - lovebabes56 - 09-01-2020 09:42 i should think Ashton will probably be pushed a little by Winstanley before winning but would be a big upset if Lisa lost and think Susuki may not get her own way against Dobromyslova. Would be nice to see Paul Hogan winning but might be a tough ask RE: Darts - Kingsmind - 09-01-2020 23:14 The Women dart players really should play more sets they are capable of it that's why they are allowed to play in the PDC World Championship maybe years ago less so but now they are without doubt capable of it and they are good players now to so if they played more sets it won't be a boring game it would only make them play better. |
