There's very little point putting girls on who are going out of their way to remain out of camera shot while doing the very thing that this show was set up to do in the first place. If they're following orders it's even more ludicrous.
I would welcome a return to the old sex station / rampant shows they used to do a number of years ago. Just as long as some of it is viewable and not completely encrypted PPV. But that would probably mean losing a lot of the girls as they wouldn't be up for that. Regular BS might take them on but then they wouldn't be able to perform to the allowed criteria on unleashed.
