I probably have a better understanding of legal stuff than you do mate! They set up the company with him/recruited him. He was a Director. It calls into question their judgement and as such they are responsible. Putting out a public statement on Twitter might not be the brightest move they hsve ever made either.

i know you have a good understanding of legal stuff thats why i said i know you do, dont understand where u are coming from,
as for the 2nd part of your statement not sure how you can say that with out knowing all the details about his time with vntv, i guess you have just been really lucky and every person you have ever worked with has always turned out to be exactly what u wanted and not given u any issues,
they had to say something to explain what was being posted on the hacked accounts,
i get you dont like vntv and thats fine but feel you are siding with the wrong people this time but again thats your choice and its fine if you wish to do that,
